mike I would say Rebecca is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke with she hung up on me and must had a bad cup of coffee avoid her! Also spoke with Susan Almadova who is supposed to be the top supervisor and she had no interest in getting me the help I need very poor and disappointed this morning!

Kadence Labarr Marc was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was able to lower my payment by $100, which made a big difference for me. He also made it possible for me to travel out of town confidently with my vehicle and even got me a steering wheel lock for free. On top of that, he’s always ready to provide helpful information and guidance. I really appreciate the extra effort he puts in—he truly goes the extra mile for his customers!
