I have always trusted that he is working in our best interest for policy coverage and costs. Honestly, when our State Farm home insurance was dropped due to fire risk, we scrambled to get coverage, reaching out to many insurance brokers. Hamids take on this was very straight and honest. Of all the brokers who tried to help us, we feel that the customer service that we received from Hamid was the most supportive and a calming hand in a stressful situation. Most importantly, my spouse and I strongly get a sense that Hamid puts his values first, and when those values align, its a good match!

Valerie Mejia I’ve been a aaa member since 2013 and had no clue how to navigate insurance. Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers. You can really see with the education you provide and time you take with clients you love what you do and it truly shows.
