1 /5 Mariah Rodriguez: The workers neglect to inform & mention ALL policies/fees that may be a deal breaker for you!! They send you all kinds of unrelated fees that they don’t mention before hand and only inform you about the bill 3 days before they send it to a collection agency. I was told I’d only have to pay for a starting fee. But that was a lie.

1 /5 J Y: Id give this place zero stars if I could. First and only time Im time going to this place for a livescan. I went there at about 10 am and it took them until 11:15am for them to do a livescan fingerprint. Other live scan locations take anout 10-15 minutes! There was literally one other person doing their live scan before me and 2 employees working there. And the place was empty. There was no long waiting lines. The lady that was waiting for me apparently waited for a long time too because her husband came by to check up on her. The place is small and we didnt hear any employees talking/working so we didnt know what they were doing. I was about to leave because I asked the other person how long theyve waited. Then all of a sudden 0lone of the employees came out and it was miraculously my turn....smh. They overcharge for fingerprinting. Most live scans are around $40-$60 but these guys charge $80 and if you use a credit or debit card they charge another $10. In total I spent about $91. Shouldve just went to a ups location they usually charge about $40. And they dont tell you how much it cost until after theyve fingerprinted you. Save yourself time and money. Go somewhere else.

1 /5 Darnell Ellis: I wanna say Academy west NICKLES and DIMES its customers out of money, but its actually TENS and TWENTIES. They charge $10 for Debit & Credit card transactions, they charge $1 per copy and $5 for color copies. Also their customer service is TERRIBLE as far as response, they take your paperwork in the back and make you WAIT for 20 to 30 min. finally when the agent finished the paperwork I paid with my Credit card and again the agent took my drivers license and card to the back, out of site for at least 10min, I questioned the other agent and she said it takes this long to process. WHATEVER. I have a problem with my ID and card out of my sight in another persons possession for any period of time.
