Jamie Michelle Victor has provided us with excellent insurance services for several of our businesses and personally for the last 6 years. I would highly recommend Victory Alliance Insurance. Their customer service is excellent, especially in a time where insurance in California is a challenge.

Vaughn Smith Called the office in a bit of a panic hoping to get help with adding my car to a plan to retain coverage. Jeffrey Glover went above and beyond and was able to help me get it added and registered way faster than I expected, especially given that its Friday and a holiday. Excellent service and excellent staff: will definitely ask for Jeff whenever I need to update my car info!

Matt Martin I was with a different Farmers agent/agency/business when Jesse acquired them. He called me personally when I was about to be late for a payment to my California Fair Plan, which I get administered through Famers somehow. My regular Farmers insurance is all on auto payment, but not CFP because theyre part of the government and therefore strive to be as difficult as possible. CFP would have dropped me from my plan if I didnt make the payment that day. Jesse saved me and got my payment over the phone. Im pretty sure CFP never sent me a bill... they did send me several notices that said "this is not a bill". I was looking out for the bill because I knew it was due soon and wasnt sure how to pay. CFP probably screwed this up, but luckily Jesse had my back. Highly recommended. Very personable guy.

After having finding a helpful insurance broker (he was the 3rd I tried in 2 years), I was pleasantly surprised by his dedication and thoroughness.
