When setting up each of our insurance policies, Mimi explained the options well, offered useful information, and made great suggestions without being pushy at all. When I had to file a claim, both the State Farm claims department and Mimis office were all helpful with the entire process. I was able to conveniently submit all necessary documents online, and I received the claims check in a timely manner. Weve referred several friends to Mimi because were very happy with our experience, and we always look forward to coming back to Mimi as our insurance needs grow.
