Travis R Ive been a customer of Gregs for 1.5 years. I cant say enough good things about Greg and Kyle. They made switching insurance companies as seamless as possible. They answered all of my questions, allowed me to operate at my pace, and did not pressure me into anything. In the end, it was a no brainer: excellent coverage (same as my previous), with lower premiums, and lower deductibles. The $ typically guides are decisions when it comes to insurance. In my experience, the customer service experience was the added bonus. Theyve even reached out to me on their own accord, to make sure I was pleased with my Allstate experience. This is definitely a top-notch office.

Laura Noonan This is the BEST office, with the most amazing staff. Ive been with State Farm for 41 years, and after moving to Alpine, I shifted to Laurie Hallihan, my local agent. I am blown away by the honesty, integrity, compassion and real desire to serve clients that is the standard at this office. I also received a personal phone call from Laurie after my move, and every follow up call by staff was timely and professional. When I visited the office, on both occasions, I was treated with respect as well as afforded all the time I needed to make decisions about my policies. Carmen Naranjo Had the most amazing experience from beginning to end, Marcy did help me to Navigate through the process in a very knowledgeable and professional way, shopping for insurance can be very stressful since rates are in the clouds but having the peace of mind that you’re dealing with a serious agency that has high standards, who’s gonna look after your benefit and treat you with courtesy and respect. I contacted the agency for auto insurance and ended up getting renters and shortly will be having a meeting to get life insurance as well. Allstate rates are very competitive and Jimmy’s agency would be my to go place for all my insurance needs.
