5 /5 Brian Lewis: We ran a very successful, small legacy Silicon Valley gas testing service business, established in 1985, catering to the needs of large and small industrial clients, from late 2021 to early 2025. ISU serviced the insurance needs for many years before we purchased the company. Bob Watkins and his team made the transition to new ownership very smooth, we were also new to commercial insurance, so the team mentored us through the years. Always responsive to emails and phone calls. always helpful and coming up with the correct solution. At the very outset it was Bob who came up with life insurances policies for the new owners aged 67 and 70 to secure the self-financing from the previous owners. Well done all and many thanks. 1 /5 William Ewen: Lovering provided terrible service on our recent attempt to find affordable residential homeowners insurance. They offered several policies that werent at all responsive to the coverages we asked for. Finally they stopped returning our phone calls. Which was fine because they were rude! We finally found coverage through a different agent.

I got an email back just a few minutes after I sent my initial inquiry, and it has only been uphill from there! Matt has been so responsive and easy to work with, and he answered my many questions promptly and professionally, dealing with my complex needs at different properties. He was very friendly when we spoke on the phone and put me at ease, so I felt like I could trust him. It is increasingly hard to find good insurance in California, but Matt made it seem easy. Cant recommend him strongly enough! Just updated this review in Dec 2024 to add an appreciation of Angel Isbell, who helped me find new coverage when once again, my insurance company decided to leave the state and cancel my policy. Angel made everything easy, and I really appreciate her!
