Octavius Blackwood Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.

Gwen Jones Janine Cruz is our representative, she has helped us the last two times we came into the office. This time we had to add a new vehicle. She explained our coverage, as well as answered questions regarding two of our oldest vehicles. Excellent service, very knowledgeable. It’s wonderful to have someone in the neighborhood who remembers you when you what into their office.

Christy St. Arno I got insurance for a good price for my old motorhome and also my daily vehicle. My agent was pleasant and explained what my policy covered, also answering any questions I had... It was also very simple and easy to finish the paperwork, as they sent me a link to whatever needed to be signed and I was able to sign it all with an app on my phone! Ive had this insurance for about a year, maybe a little more, but having just added my daily driver that I just got, I wanted to leave a review to let others know about my positive experience with them!
