1 /5 Jade Roman: AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I’ll start by saying that it wasn’t my choice to use this company. I bought a car from KBL automotive and they had their registration and title done through this company. It doesn’t matter though, don’t go through this company if you HAVE A CHOICE.
My name was spelled wrong on both registration card and title, and getting them to correct this mistake and was absolutely terrible. Yesenia helped me and she was unbelievably unprofessional, rude, and had a major attitude. She never apologized for the mistake at hand (REGARDLESS of whose mistake it was… it’s basic customer service skills) and made it feel like it was my fault. She made everything more difficult - not calling me back, telling me she would follow up when she didn’t, and straight up being rude. I’ve never dealt with someone like this and hope that no one has to go through this unnecessarily stressful process.
