Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.

Josh L. Espinoza What can I say Sam helped me (and my friend) navigate really unfamiliar terrain. I’ve always been at companies that provide benefits but recently decided I wanted to try working for a start up. The only catch is that, since it’s early on, they don’t provide health insurance. Not only did I not really have the time to look for all these different plans but I also didn’t even really know where to start. I reached out to Sam and he was extremely personable yet very professional. He was able to get me side-by-side comparisons starting with a plan most similar to what I had at my previous company and others that better fit my lifestyle. I ended up getting a middle tier insurance with an additional accident insurance which covers accidents for rock climbing and cycling that I do which is paired with my middle tier health insurance. Now my total premium is low and my coverage is pretty high which is nice feeling taken care of and not having to pay an insane amount each month since it’s now coming out of pocket for me. Sam really helped me navigate these waters and got me set up in no time. Now I’m just enrolled on autopay and don’t have to think twice about it. After I had such an easy experience, I recommended a friend of mine who was in the video game industry and found some opportunities elsewhere that didn’t provide health insurance. Sam took care of him too. I highly recommend Sam if you want someone who knows these plans like the back of their hand and actually cares about getting people on a plan that fits their needs/lifestyle. Also, if you don’t have time to do all the side-by-side comparisons yourself or are unclear on the specifics (e.g., how deductibles and out of pocket maximums work exactly) Sam is your guy. Sam is now my health insurance guy.

Abigail With the recent inflation and increased cost of life throughout California and the United States of America, I am pleased that Farmers Insurance cares for its customers/clients. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Liz via phone to help reduce the amount I am paying for my Auto and Renter Insurance (sidenote: Farmers no longer offers renters insurance). I have been with Ryan Turner since I started my insurance journey, and they have taken care of me since then. I am grateful to be a farmers member. Shoutout to Liz (@Ryan, give her a raise) because she was patient with me, kind, understanding, and shared the reality of the current economy. Having insight and understanding allows me to be an informed insurance shopper and creates the opportunity for me to make choices that best fit my lifestyle and budget.

Sofjan Wilson (Willy) Susan Mesa will do whatever she can for you. If it’s after hours and you’re adding a car and changing your policy and she’s available and capable of doing so, she will! She will make sure you’re within the necessary limits of your lienholder while making sure you’re not overpaying. Susan is amazing.

Steve Breit My State Farm office is the best. Not only are they competitive and effective but the Customer Service is off the chart. Whenever I call and get either Maren or Jeanie, I always get a warm and personal greeting followed by a willing and effective response to my inquire or issue. I would recommend them highly to everyone and use them for all of our insurance needs.

Scott Stroshane I was recently shopping for a new insurance company as my current provider is one that is pulling out California due to wildfire losses. Jose looked at my situation. Upon realizing that there were options outside of his agency that could save me significant money on my premiums, he offered some very helpful suggestions even though it meant losing out on the opportunity to sell me a policy. I truly appreciate his assistance and integrity. In a very turbulent insurance market, Jose is a treasure. If things dont work out with my new carrier, Jose will be my first call in the future!

J Myers I have had such a great experience with Marissa Johnson. When my State Farm agent retired I was re-assigned to Marissa. She reviewed all my coverages and made good suggestions where I might be under-covered, and also where I had too much coverage and could save money. She is very knowledgeable, cares and is super engaged in what she does. On top of that she is very personable and great to talk with. Could not be happier with this change!! If you are looking for a new agent I highly recommend her.
