L Sometimes the staff arent knowledgeable and they need to work on there staffs capabilities. I get told several times things are not possible, or my car payments been made when it hasnt i have to call a manager and then they find it where they made an error all the time. Service is a hit or miss. The staff that do know are great and staff in the windsor branch are more welcoming than the santa rosa branch on mendocino

Went into my local office just to be treated like I was taking money from them. All 3 workers had no respect for my privacy shouting out my info across the room.

Jeff Hinman Gloria has been my agent for over 35 years. The service I receive is consistently excellent. Recently my car was vandalized at an airport parking garage. The ignition switch was damaged, so the car needed to be towed. Gloria worked with me to find a nearby dealer to repair the damage and to get a claim started. This was done while we were on the phone, and she was on her computer in the office. The dealer helped me get the car towed and get a rental car.
