Marlene Smith Catherine has been the best insurance agent I’ve honestly ever had. From the subtle kind gesture of sending me delicious cookies after becoming my agent from day 1, to helping me through a claim that happened on private property & holding my hand through it all as my first incident to being an overall amazing agent by keeping me well informed & her honesty. She never hesitated to be there when I needed her, had questions or needed answers or something fully explained-she was there to make sure I fully understood policies & she does it with patience & great customer service. You can tell she truly cares about her clients & her efforts show! Unfortunately State Farm raised the prices in Jan 2025 for California & Oregon, which increased my monthly premium nearly $50 & it was already at $300 a month for full coverage auto & renters bundle. I was doing what I could to keep my agent, however found another insurance that offered the same premium, coverage & deductible for $150 less at $210 a month & I could not refuse financially. This has been one of the hardest things for me to adjust to, as I already Miss Catherine & my State Farm customer service. Financially though, I couldn’t justify it. I sure do hope I can return at a later time & get Catherine back. She’s amazing.

AramayicArt Nichole was friendly toned and quickly transferred me to Jenny Flores. Jenny flores was bright, intellegent, softly humorous at appropriate times, she read the room well, gave efficient information in an understandable manner slowing down the density of information and breaking it down in laymens terms. I am grateful to have had the pleasure of good customer care. Thank you for hiring people who make people feel like they matter as a whole person and arent offended by the truth. Ps the questions below asking about whether i decided to go with state farm dont give the option for assessing other companies to price check. I didnt get full coverage today so didnt pay out any money...I can say the price I was quoted is in line with my current insurance company. Though this company offers towing to nearest...spots..for a dollar and a quarter more a month roughly which my company does not. But they do offer other things I appreciate and utilize yearly. ♥ ty for everything Jenny Flores! Your a great customer service rep and need a raise because you are a genuine diamond of the first water!

Rick T Mr. Balza is the best!! He has strong skills in the Insurance and Financial Services sector. His professionalism and knowledge are second to none. On top of all that, he cares sincerely, he is looking out for your future not his wallet. Advise will always be the best fit for your particular situation no matter how large or small it may seem. In my opinion Mr. Balza is the best agent in his trade, his earned awards prove it. Dont hesitate, if youre looking for an agent Mr. Balza is the ONE.
