Ann Marie Ziomek Raul and Jennifer are wonderful. After a horrible two years of incompetent customer service with my Blue Shield Medicare supplement (involving one of my doctors never getting paid by Blue Shield despite Medicare authorizing the charges), I looked around and switched to State Farm last year. A small snag came up, Raul looked into it and fixed it right away! I hadnt known that State Farm offers Medicare supplement plans, but they do and Raul and his team provide the best customer service I have received. Thank you, Raul and Jennifer!

Rachel Rogers Wayne went above and beyond to help with my auto insurance and then when I reached back out for renters insurance, he was out of the office but still went out of his way to make it happen for me in a very timely manner which was much appreciated!
