1 /5 Copper Genius: I have been using this company for over 8 years. They used to have good customer service. They are very poor at responding to emails and phone calls now. Even after bringing it to their attention, they let my coverage lapse and still have not gotten back to me in over 3 weeks. They did something similar to me when it was time to renew my bond 6 months ago. I would not recommend them or rely on them if you need something done in a timely matter.

If ever you need a commercial policy she will stay at work until 10pm to make sure she gets exactly what you need. Tammy will send you as many certificates as needed and if you’re close to cancelling they will do whatever necessary to save your policy . not to mention , they have the best rates !!!
