2 /5 Michelle Villeda: The Insurance Reps in office, were Great!!! Its the Underwriters you have to watch out for!!!! Theyre using Google Maps to deny your coverage. You can tell them we had 13+ inches of rain & not one roof leak, but they still wont reconsider. Even when you tell them you had some shingles replaced by a professional roofer. So, beware, been with AAA for years & no claims even with 3 years of consecutive fires around us & they still wouldnt renew our policy. Lost trust in insurance companies, especially AAA.

5 /5 Susan Delaney: Went to get a car transferred to me from a friend. Fast, friendly service. Knowledgeable employees. I got a parking space right by the entrance.It was difficult to get into the parking lot, which required a u-turn at a busy intersection. So all in all, good service in a nice, clean, comfortable office in a poor location.

1 /5 B N: Young strawberry blonde lady with big glasses was so rude to me and my client trying to process some paperwork and documents. We had questions and she treated us like we were stupid and dismissed us when we asked further questions regarding our policy. Ugh. If you hate your job or people that much work somewhere else! I was embarrassed to have brought a new client there. Unbelievable.
