1 /5 Dale V: Shady insurance agents have nothing on this guy. I purchased a home that I had been renting and had renters insurance on. I called Brian Rickerson to cancel the renters insurance and was told it was done to find months later that he had not canceled the policy and continued charging my account. I am filing a violation report with the Department of Insurance and encourage anyone else dealing with this kind of shady tactic to do the same.
