Carmen Naranjo Had the most amazing experience from beginning to end, Marcy did help me to Navigate through the process in a very knowledgeable and professional way, shopping for insurance can be very stressful since rates are in the clouds but having the peace of mind that you’re dealing with a serious agency that has high standards, who’s gonna look after your benefit and treat you with courtesy and respect. I contacted the agency for auto insurance and ended up getting renters and shortly will be having a meeting to get life insurance as well. Allstate rates are very competitive and Jimmy’s agency would be my to go place for all my insurance needs. That been said I highly recommend Jimmy Dang’s insurance agency to friends and family cause once you try it you’ll never go anywhere else!

Kayla Horn I went here to avoid the DMV lines however, they never processed my paperwork and told me they did. I called again and let them know it wasn’t filed, then was told they changed my registration cost to an additional 200 dollars. Before they filed my paperwork, I told Mario to make sure he corrected it. Instead he went ahead and filed my paperwork with the wrong information and told me to go fix it at the DMV. Do not go here, they use. Third part for DMV items and can’t fix what they messed up. Now I’m out the money I paid them and have to pay 200 dollars more a month on my tags. 0 stars.

Morgan Jaffee Possibly the best customer service experience I have ever had! Frank and Suzanne will go above and beyond and exceed all expectations. I had a particularly difficult home insurance issue and Frank handled it expertly on a Friday AFTER work hours. They are familiar with all of the difficilties we face with insurance in Sonoma County. I cant recommend them enough!
