Ashley Burkett Very convenient in a timely manner. I was first skeptical about going through Insurance because back in the day it would take forever you had to mail your phone and now Assurant partners with other phone companies such as Batteries Plus to fix my phone screen. Batteries Plus was literally right down the road and fixed it at 5:00 p.m. in the evening. I am extremely satisfied. I only had to pay a $29 deductible. I had insurance covered on my phone so not sure why I had to pay something but I was willing to pay it gladly.

Pro Circuit Audio Video Garcia insurance has been by our side for over 15 years and their team is top notch. They provide us with the knowledge and service that keeps us from going anywhere else for our insurance needs. Joe and his team respond quickly to even the smallest matters. Our company recently had a claim and Joe immediately stepped in and made the claim process painless. I would recommend his team to anyone who needs personal or business insurance.

S A-M Colby My wife and I walked from the RV park that we were staying at to this office to purchase Mexican insurance. We quickly discovered that pictures were needed for the policy and said we would return the next day. Christian was extremely helpful and offered to drive us to the RV park so he could take the necessary pictures. We are also traveling with my 91 year old father-in-law who also required insurance. Christian took pictures of both our RVs drove myself and my father-in-law back to the office. My FIL just got a new hip so he is walking with a cane, Christian sat with him at the office so he didnt need to stand through the duration. After we were both done he drove us back to the RV Park. I can not say enough great things about this wonderful young man and his customer relation skills. Thanks again to Payless Insurance and Christian!!!
