adan I was shopping around for a building policy seems impossible now to get coverage for your apartment. I asked around and I was referred to Marilynn . She was able to lock me in with farmers for my apartments. I really appreciate the comprehensive time and advice she gave me about open exposures. She went to the site and told me what looks like a potential hazard something other agents I’ve worked in the past have never done. I took the time to read her reviews before I called her I was hesitant as I saw people were paying more and still went with it. Well I can’t say I saved I had better options lines up in terms of price but I appreciate how informative and experienced she is. I feel peace something I assumed I had with my past carriers only to know they sold me based on my need to save me obviously that’s was not smart as I assumed I had great coverage. Nevertheless I learned insurance is something that should be considered carefully. With everyone happy to call a lawyer I need to ensure if that crosses I am protected. Overall I hope to keep a good relationship with my now new agent . Thank you for the advice

She was able to obtain a fire insurance policy for our small cabin after our carrier had non-renewed our policy. She is very efficient and knowledgeable, and was able to address and answer all of my questions in a very professional manner. She returned my calls and responded to my emails in a very timely manner, which was greatly appreciated.
