I had a major car accident back in 2015 that was life changing. The staff at Irene Henry’s office were on top of it immediately! Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable
