She worked like a bull dog representing me when I had claims and helped me through so much. I know Insurance and everyone should use the best agent, Renee is the best at what she does, she is honest, patient and will work hard to represent you.

She has helped me interpret what different policies mean and recommend what is best for me. She has been my agent since I started driving and still is after I’m married and have a kid. She has always answered the phone when I’ve called or sent me a text when she’s on the other line to let me know and gotten back to me within 15 minutes at the most. Renee has never let me down from being a literal child to being a parent and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for insurance if all kinds. Not only have she been very responsive and patience, but she gives me her personal attention (answering the phone prior to office hours). I have been with her office for over year and half with nothing but great customer service. Couldnt ask for a better insurance agent here in Tracy, CA. I highly recommend her office.
