4 /5 KatraMoo: They have a friendly and knowledge staff that provides a quick and easy processing of automotive registration paperwork. No appointment necessary. And they do work with you to help find a solution to any problems you may have with auto registration. The office is very small, restricting customers to about 4 at the very most during COVID. Parking is tight. And if you are not paying attention you could drive right past the place. I recommend arriving in the East bound lanes of College Avenue and turn into the unpaved parking lot on the West side of the building. There are only 3 or 4 parking spots in front of the building and between signs, parked cars, telephone/powerline poles, pedestrians and customers it can be a little tricky getting into and out of the parking in front. The side lot is larger, less congested, and easier entrance and exit.
