Zoe Bell I recently called and talked to Tre who was informative and helpful. My car insurance premium had been raised and I wanted to know why, and that conversation led to looking at my coverage overall. He said hed follow up by email, and did, and added that hed forgotten to include roadside assistance as an option, and detailed what is covered. An overall great experience. Theyve also hired somebody new named Amanda.
This State Farm has been responsive and competent, since David Wong bought it about 3 years ago (I was a customer of the previous person, who retired) and I found Tre to be an outstanding member of the team.
