Iris Serrano I received a call from keana regarding the current insurance I had and I was very skeptical at first. She was asking why my deductible was so high and offered me a great rate and was very helpful in all the questions and concerns I had. She convinced me to switch my insurance and even though I was still skeptical, she definitely delivered. She came through with everything she promised and still gave me her personal number in case I had any questions or concerns.
