We appreciate that he focuses on recommending appropriate products and coverage levels specific to us, and not just selling us more insurance.. Staff in the office are always prompt in responding to any inquiries we have. We’ve been clients of the Davis Allstate office since it was being managed by Greg’s dad.

Kameron Fernandez Ramon Fernandez and his team are incredible to work with. They take the time to explain any questions you may have, and you can speak to anyone in the office and get a great answer. They do a phenomenal job at explaining anything you may be confused on, and they truly show they care for you as they set apart the time to help regardless of the question. Bob Baker Treated like Family, Steve Dwight took over from his Father. Im treated like Im part of the family, and they are there to answer my questions. Marlyn the office mgr is spot on with the computer and responds to my sometimes stupid questions, like did I pay my car insurance? If I hadnt she can process a credit card payment then and there without waiting or having to call me back. Crystal Ramirez I rate this office beyond 5 stars. Terry went out of her way to make sure my car was placed at the correct place. Being it’s a Range Rover we needed a facility that could fix high end cars. She didn’t not stop until it was where it needed to be. She worked overtime on the weekend to communicate with me and the body shop to make sure everything was moving in the right direction. I was out of town and stressed about my car and Terry took it in her hands. Blessed to have her as my agent!
