5 /5 David A: This place is really welcoming. The front desk receptionist was warm smiling helpful and patient. While I was waiting for service, a worker approached me and said Im just checking on you we will be with you shortly I just want to see what you need and get you started so when they do call you, youll be ready. I was really impressed.

1 /5 Tim Gilmore: Workers completely ignore you, and have no interest in assisting customers. Went in for a single signature notary, was told it would be a few minutes and ended up leaving after over an hour. Watched as the employees walked around chatting with the other workers while the waiting area continued to fill up, with space only being freed up when others, like myself, became tired of the overlong wait and leaving.

1 /5 Miss. S T: I had a very disappointing experience at this DMV location. The two women assisting customers—an older African American woman with glasses and an Asian woman (who looks slightly Hispanic and has a heart tattoo on her hand)—were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their attitudes were unwelcoming and dismissive, and it was clear they had no interest in helping anyone. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when people are already stressed about DMV-related issues. AAA, please do better. Your members deserve respectful and helpful service.

5 /5 F Wil: I recently decided to shop for new insurance as our policy with Progresive was expiring and was not happy with their price per type of coverage or customer service! Although I was a long term member of AAA until 2020,I changed thinking I may save some money!Well big mistake,there is clearly nothing to be compared to AAA when it comes insurances! Our new agent is Charlie Ramirez! An absolute delight to work with from the beginning of the process of an inquiry for the new policy! He was patient,careful with all details,excellent communication,professional and very knowledgeable! He made the process so pleasant and helpful! Totally impressed.Long Beach office and Charlie Ramirez is the way to go for your insurance needs! No more hidden issues,just professionalism,transparency and integrity! Happy to be back as an AAA member! Thank you Charlie,you are the best. Highly recommend!
