She has excellent customer service and responds in a very timely manner. Barbara has helped me with anything in regards to my policy to getting me insurance cards, adding someone to my policy, and any issues with claims. I called numerous insurance companies and they all had problems, and the people were not very nice. But as soon as I called this State Farm location, everything changed. I was Aunt met with the most kind and accommodating person that I could ever hope to talk on the phone with. Her name is Michelle Ruiz.
