J P After poor claims experiences with discount online providers (Wawanassa Insurance and Geico Insurance), I had a consultation with Dwayne at Farmers about my needs and my experiences of companies not fighting for me or trying to find ways to get out of providing insurance. This can be an issue when there is not a straight clear/cut issue of fault which can happen with some claims. I moved all of my policies to farmers and luckily did not have any issues/accidents/claims for awhile. When i did have an accident that had complications, Farmers was fair but fought for my position and Dwayne got directly involved with the claims process and people I was working with to ensure my position was clear. Farmers fought for me and also will not dump you when things dont go perfectly for them (ie they have to cut big $ checks on your behalf). This is the difference of having a reputable agent working with a fair and strong company. Use Wawanesa at your own and guaranteed risk :-)

Steven Kenneth Got caught street racing near Woodward Park. Yeah, dumb choice. Court ordered SR22 insurance to get my license back. I ride a motorcycle, so not being able to legally ride sucked. Surious Insurance on N Fresno St handled the whole SR22 filing process, explained the difference between SR22 auto insurance and regular liability, and sent the DMV SR22 proof the same day. The monthly SR22 premium was low enough to not wreck me financially. Solid people. Straightforward. Got me road-legal again.

I got a quote online but at the end it told me I had to call, I did and got an answering service, so I looked up the local broker number- long story short there’s 15 different phone numbers on Google, but they all go the same place. Finally a guy picked up and said he’d transfer me. I got a recording that said “to transfer to Allstate press 1” just to torture myself a bit more I hit #1 and someone picked up and said I don’t work for Allstate..WHAT?! So I called liberty insurance back (just out of morbid curiosity at this point) and the dude (same dude as I talked to initially) acted like I was crazy. After that whole thing I feel like I’m losing my mind..never got a quote
