Every time my insurance renews they call me to review it and answer any questions. Their staff is always ready to help and even Marco, the agency’s owner goes out of his way to answer my questions. I know I can maybe pay less someplace else, but the first class service I receive from them is well worth the money I pay every month.

Simone Tanelli On Jan 9, two days after the Eaton fire disaster, while I was hearing from colleagues and friends about awful cancellation notices sent by greedy or unprepared insurance companies, I received only one email from Farmer’s: “were you affected by the wildfire? We’re here to help”. Now, THAT is proper insurance company behavior. Appreciated well beyond any penny pinching criterion. I have recommended Farmer’s to anyone who asked since.
