Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera. In summary, one could not find a better insurance Agency than the one now headed by Crystal Herrera Alvarado.

Daisy Chvz Mndz What a great place to get several of your DMV services done without the hassle of the actual DMV. I needed to transfer the title for my car and was told I needed a smog check, lucky for me, they have that service in same location! I was able to transfer title and got smog check, registration and sticker in about 30 minutes!! Person helping me was incredibly kind and helpful! Worth every penny of membership and more! Check them out!

She referred me to another company who could get me a better price. She will also tell you how it is. Whether it’s good or bad news. If she doesn’t have the answer, she makes phone calls to get it for you. Too bad you can only rate up to five stars because she deserves more. I highly recommend you get a quote from her. She deals with multiple insurance agencies and she knows her way around the business to get you the best deal.
