5 /5 Dan Mitchell: I hate paying for insurance, but when you have an agent like Eric Gee, and the team at Farmers, I can truly see the value in it. Ive been a customer of Erics for over 20 years. During that time Eric, and Farmers, have gone above and beyond exactly when Ive needed them most: flooded house, car accidents, etc... Every time Ive had to file a claim, Eric and his team has done exactly what I needed them to do; resolve my problem quickly and easily. They have always helped take the stress out of stressful situations. What I also love is that when I send an email with a question, I get an almost immediate response from Eric - not an automated system. When I call, I talk with Eric, or one of his team members who know all about who I am and my account - not a machine. Eric and his team are there when I need them, and they dont just push me off to a machine or to the web to get something done. Because of the incredible service from Eric, and the Farmers team, Ill never switch to another insurance company. What you get with this team is worth every penny.
