1 /5 Animal KICKER: Never try to renew passport through AAA, rush my passport, or govWORKS. Trying to cancel and get a refund is basically impossible. It costs much more than Post office (United States Postal Service is best way to renew passport). $167.00 to Rush my passport. Plus mailing forms and with additional check to U.S. Department of State for $211.36 is way to much. I will never try to renew my passport this way again.

I was going to go to the DMV but the front desk instant recognized they could perform the service for me and they were 100% right and made it easy. Thank you all!

1 /5 Bonnie Jani: I went there to renew my Renter’s Insurance. I checked in and waited 15 minutes like other 2 members - then 3 persons walked in and waited. After all of them were gone inside, I didn’t get help and asked again and 15 minutes later I got help. I felt like that was too much time to wait (30 minutes) for 5 minute task.
