I was told by a rep here not to worry, that he would get them to lower it back down. On the last day, 1day before my insurance expired he pop out with that he couldint get them to lower it. We had no choice but to let him do as he liked with us because we now needed insurance to keep our fleet moving. Our payments when up double, had no choice but to pay that. This caused big, big trouble for my company, We almost when out of business. This rep just had no clue how bad this situation turn into. When we see the guy he still laughs and jokes with us even if he sees that where trying to avoid talking to him, not cool. Im stuck now throwing money away for the next year, or collect a downpayment again for 5 trucks. Not cheap. Im really disappointed.
