1 /5 maria Bishop: My experience is too long to put on here. I was involved in a accident with someone who has Progressive insurance. My car was totaled. It has been four months and after they stopped payment on the check they made me drive an hour away to get, I have had nothing but trouble getting a hold of anyone and getting information as to how to get paid for my car, that they already picked up. I still owe on the car and am having to make payments but had to stop because it muddies the waters so-to- speak in regards to how much they pay the company to pay my car off- so in other words my credit is now effected. I have more complaints but this will suffice for now. I would never get involved with a company like this if I were you.

Your roof gets damaged, water run in over the weekend enough to drip through the ceiling and by some surprise its less then 2k in materials to fix?!? Adjuster didnt even check for moisture in the walls! Reporting to insurance commissioner...this is ridiculous!
1 /5 Andrea Loza: If I could give this company 0 starts I would. And after reading some reviews I shouldn’t have been surprised by the services I received. On February 14th I was hit and the party had progressive insurance. I was 20 weeks pregnant and my car was totaled. I had to be in a rental for 21 days because this company is nearly impossible to get a hold of and actually had to pay out-of-pocket for the police report to get things moving along. I am now stuck paying out-of-pocket cost for a rental car because progressive will not cover more than 14 days of a rental. It is now almost June and this company has caused more stress then I should’ve had to deal with as a party that was not even responsible for the accident. So if anyone is hit by someone with progressive insurance, make sure you’re only in a rental for 14 days or you will have to pay out-of-pocket cost. This is so disappointing how they treat you.
1 /5 stephen lamore: I was a Progressive platinum member for years. Every representative has been phenomenal. However, my interaction with Chad Prince and his egotistical controlling behavior displayed followed by his refusal to transfer to another agent is despicable behavior. Mr. Prince is a direct representation of the Company and whom it values. Mr. Prince related his colleagues dont do their job appropriately then proceeded to ignore my call back. Upon the second back to back call within 60 seconds, which clearly shows he was deliberately ignoring my call. Mr. Prince even related that I was not allowed to speak to anyone else about this matter. A check was then never mailed. Mr. Prince called 8 months after I had given up and left Progressive relating there was a check thst wasnt cashed. Mr. Prince related he didnt receive any of my voicemail or communications. I find this to be false because his voice is directly heard on voicemail prompt.
Progressive, I highly recommend an investigation is conducted as Im sure all the calls are recorded.

I had a phenomenal experience with your company until I ran into this individual with the epitome of controlling passive aggressive behavior. Your customers should be treated well and not played with for ones own regard and ego.
Please be aware Im making this review after 8 months of duress with your company.

Michael Brienzo I have been with this company for over 10 years and had multiple changes made to my policies and added and dropped cars with out any issues. Tony has always been the best in the business. He gets me the best coverage and best price available and has always had answers for my questions. I highly recommend Tony and his team at quality general to anyone who is looking for coverage. I know it sounds like a commercial ad but they really are the best around. Give them a shot and you will see!
