Recently, I had the opportunity to consult on and resolve several important issues regarding my daughter’s insurance. 5 /5 Jenna Jang: We have had the farmers car insurance through Richard So since 2017. What we like Richard the most is that he listens to our stories very carefully, gives us very reasonable options, and shares with us his own selections if needed. Richard is definitely one of the busiest agents in town, but he always gets back to us as quickly as he can. Richard even worked with us on weekend when it was urgent. Richard exactly knew what we wanted from him and gave us the best scenarios. We introduced Richard to a few of our friends because we knew the quality of his services, and they all like his services so far.

5 /5 Irene Lee: Richard is the BEST! Ive been with him for 13 years. Hes always responsive, takes the time to explain and address my concerns. I try not to call him too much(once a year) because every time I call him, he really tries to explain whats going on and I end up taking too much of his time. Now I just trust him without so many words. Ive dealt with a few other insurance agents but I came back to him, NOT BECAUSE I trust Farmers Insurance, but BECAUSE I TRUST RICHARD. IF he moves to another insurance company, I might consider moving with him, because I trust his judgment. He says Farmers is the best and thats all I need to know for now. I moved far away but hes still my agent. Some professional relationships are to keep and hes one of them!

1 /5 mary nguyen: First the agent seems to be nice. The last time I called to add a new car that I notified him before Christmas . It took some time to make a decision on buying new car. I left a message to the assistant and 2 emails to him. After 3 days he still not getting back to me. I called again, the assistant always responded hes busy until I told her thats fine I will contact the direct main number of the company then he took the call. If youre an agent and receive commission on your customers your responsibility is to get in touch when they need you and that doesnt happen everyday. Otherwise whats the reason to be there representing the company? I cannot do a business that way. Unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I called the main number for help, they recommended another agent. If you are not happy with your agent, just call the main line to switch to a different agent or shop around for better deals. I did and found other reputable companies with lower premium and better policy and better coverage, if you have a good driving record. Definitely will make a change soon.
