Reyes Steven (Mattress by Appointment) Gabriel helped my wife and me with our most recent policies, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us find the right fit for both our personal and business insurance needs. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We’ve been with Ray Gonzales and his team for years now, and the customer service has always been top notch. Ray sets the standard, and his team follows it perfectly. You can tell they care about their clients and take pride in getting things done the right way. Gabriel and the whole office are a great example of what excellent service should look like. Travis Donselman I received exceptional customer service from Matt and Tammy last month. Matt was very patient and courteous, working hard to make sure I got everything done in the best way possible, while Tammy used her expertise to inform me of the options that were best for me. I came in to have a family member removed from the title and another person added. I was worried about paying taxes since I was adding a non-family member but Tammy explained to me that there was a gift exception that would exempt me from taxes. Also, I didnt know whether to do "and" or "or" joint ownership of the vehicle, but Tammy was able to explain the differences to me and advise me on which one matched what I wanted. Matt for his part was extemely courteous, offering us water and makingthe process as easy as possible while pointing out things I might want to take care of while i was already there. What I liked best was that I had Matts complete attention and that he was focused on giving me the best service possible rather than getting to the next member or getting home. I recommend this location to everyone!

Zoe Bell I recently called and talked to Tre who was informative and helpful. My car insurance premium had been raised and I wanted to know why, and that conversation led to looking at my coverage overall. He said hed follow up by email, and did, and added that hed forgotten to include roadside assistance as an option, and detailed what is covered. An overall great experience. Theyve also hired somebody new named Amanda. This State Farm has been responsive and competent, since David Wong bought it about 3 years ago (I was a customer of the previous person, who retired) and I found Tre to be an outstanding member of the team.
