They have far exceeded my expectations and i really appreciate the service. I have had brokers in the past and "non-broker" insurance as well. Ranko Nakamura Bill Wehde and Scott have always been so helpful and so quick to respond to any question, claim or phone call. They follow up immediately and solved and resolved any question or claim we submitted. We had flooding from rain and then about 4 months later flooding again from a faulty valve on a toilet. It was such a mess, but everything was taken care of so quickly and replaced and repaired. Bill and Scott definitely give us peace of mind and truly turned our disasters into a beautiful home again.
