Ronn Olson Telephoned Chuck about a letter from corporate headquarters apparently that my next year‘s homeowners policy would be canceled. He immediately had his office “” Solidad““ get on it. Within a week my policy is back on board. Can’t thank them enough for their promptness and thoroughness.

Meely B’Deely Started my policy at $180 (which was already high, but I got a new vehicle), somehow jumped to $221 (I figured "inflation" and I moved to a nicer zip code), and now its spiked to $251. I have nothing on my record. My vehicle was HEAVILY vandalized by my ex in April of 2023, the insurance agent was not helpful at all. I tried to file a claim, which I ended up not pursuing and just taking care of myself. My agent NEVER responded to my emails or phone calls after this time. After our initial phone call, it was the first and last time I had heard from her ever. Due to this experience and sky-high prices, I have officially cancelled my policy. The best solution is to just walk away.

I especially appreciate Jeannette from State Farm. She is very patient with explaining the policy and reminding me of the potential benefits I can get.

B K I would never recommend this insurance company because they practice shady service. At the beginning, I monthly payment was $132, then next month it increased to $192 without any notices, and then increased again to $202. I canceled today I hope I will not work with them again.
