James Ferguson I called Marc late one afternoon as the office was closing, leaving a message about damage to my vehicle. The first thing the next morning I received a call from Marc himself. He very expertly explained the claims process and how I could register an account with State Farm so I could follow the progress of the claim via my email and smartphone. He called me back in just a few minutes with my claims number and the process was under way immediately. Before we had completed the call we discussed a rental car company to use. Within a few minutes I received a call from the rental car company, as State Farm had already contacted them to call me. I was totally impressed with Marcs quick response and his reassuring calm, friendly demeanor. He immediately reduced the stress I was feeling. I would recommend Marc to anyone who is seeking expert and caring service.

Daniel Rivas I’ve dealt with a few different insurance agents and Eli and his team are by far the best and most knowledgeable team I’ve come across. He was able to get me and my wife’s cars insured with no problems. He answered every question we had and explained everything in detail. I’d highly recommend Eli and his team.

Eric Larson Been using Patrick Salazars office since moving to Visalia 9 years ago. If there is a more responsive team these people, I dont believe it. Kudos to Lisa Salazars timely reminders to a do policy review with them. We did it (eventually) and it ended up saving us a little money because we identified a coverage that we no longer needed.

Nelson Bernal I currently have several types of insurance policies with Castle Insurance including rental/personal properties, automobile, and umbrella that I am confident I am getting a very fair value. The crew at the office is always responsive to my matters. I have only filed one claim on a rental property and it was resolved promptly. I always refer my friends and clients to Castle Insurance for I am confident that they be provided with quality service.

Jeb Garcia Went here back in Late July (2008) when I had to Get SR22 insurance for my motorcycle. Had my Drivers license suspended due to excessive point count on Driving record (SPEEDING TICKETS), and am in a Probationary period for 6 months. Anyways was originally quoted 800 this was the least expensive form of insurance that I could get with my driving record, but Roberto (the owner/manager) overlooked my DMV printout and noted to me that these were tickets incurred while driving a commercial vehicle. The insurance company has some sort of clause that I am not a great liability because these were tickets incurred while on the job. I am a former over the road truck driver and these tickets where from all over us. Also informed that my driving record would be improving thru out the year as the points would start dissapearing because of the 2/3 year time frame. Points stay on record for 2/3 years. Long story short the quote was reduced down to 400 bucks and I was insured for 1 full year, these guys were honest and they worked hard to try to get me a lower price, I had already agreed to the 800 price and was about to go get a bank money order but the knowledgeable gentleman worked hard to save my money. I am definately going to stay with this company as they saved me money when they didnt have to, there isnt that much character, and integrity in some companies that often. I have my car and truck insured here with the most minimum of liability insurance required and colleagues at work are schocked how low it is. One guy has payed into his insurance fees over $20,000 in costs with his namebrand Statefarm account and barely was able to get $10,000 out of his totaled car. So just find the cheapest insurance provider wirh these people. These people save you money and you are driving with papers in order.

S S This location is such a gift - and such a better option than the experience of the DMV for vehicle registration and any DMV services that can be provided. The representatives are knowledgeable and personable yet professional. I highly recommend this location and having a AAA membership. The wait times have rarely exceeded 20 minutes and they are open on Saturdays.
