5 /5 Nelson Bernal: I currently have several types of insurance policies with Castle Insurance including rental/personal properties, automobile, and umbrella that I am confident I am getting a very fair value. The crew at the office is always responsive to my matters. I have only filed one claim on a rental property and it was resolved promptly. I always refer my friends and clients to Castle Insurance for I am confident that they be provided with quality service.

I can always reach someone (a living human being) by phone or email. Ive never had a claim, so I cant comment on aspect. I have recommended Castle to other rental property owners. 5 STARS!

5 /5 Will Dvorak: My Agent, Robin Austin, worked tirelessly to correct totally erroneous and false information on the insurance inspection which was done shortly after I got my policy. If if were not for her I would have taken my business elsewhere. The only thing that I have been at all displeased with, regarding Castle, was the said "inspection". I dont know who they were or what qualifications they allegedly possessed but their knowledge of construction and real estate was sorely lacking. I had to spend hours taking pictures and providing information to refute their incompetent inspection. Robin then passed this information on to the chief inspector for Stillwater, and resolved the problem. I am highly impressed with her attention to spending what was no doubt a great deal of her time and effort to correct this issue.

4 /5 Douglas Montgomery: These folks are for real, friends. They provide personal service to make sure lenders get the endorsements they need. They respond to queries. The only thing I havent confirmed is whether Honeycomb will actually pay for losses. But then Ive never had losses and have been paying big insurance premiums for years.
