1 /5 Christie Quilts: Would give no stars if possible. Spoke with Scott from the Georgetown office who said he would come to my house on Monday to see the property I wanted to insure. He never showed up, never called. Then on Wednesday he shows up out of the blue and his excuse was that he was busy with paying customers and it was only "a couple extra days, why are you bustin my balls". Really, you think its appropriate to speak to potential customers this way? He also informed me that unless I switched my vehicle coverage too it wasnt worth it to him to insure my home. I had asked for quotes on both the house alone and with the vehicles included to see if he could save me money. He couldnt be bothered to give any quote unless I was insuring everything. He was rude, arrogant, and made it quite clear that he had no interest in me as a customer. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
