1 /5 Michael Bathurst: Anyone selling Nation wide insurance is part of a massive scam and should be avoided. If your are listed as a representative of that company you are part of the problem in the foothills .

1 /5 Shelby Vaigneur-Hall: This company has been complete garbage and I put up with it for over 10 years. My Bills would randomly change amount, always going up In price. Every time I called to look into my bill or ask if there were any discounts for good driver etc i got horrible customer service and they never wanted to help me. It took me over 2 months to finally get an answer about being able to lower my bill, which turned out they "couldnt do anything to lower it". I finally call to cancel and they have me electronically sign the form for cancellation with the date that day which was my choice and then I get a bill straight form mercury and mercury stated that Atwood sent the documents in late and showed cancellation was NOT on the day I requested. I would not recommend to anyone because these people are nothing but a hastle and only after the money. They have horrid customer service skills, are always rude as can be and they are not helpful in any way. Id give zero stars if possible. Completely dissatisfied and will NEVER recommend them to anyone for anything!!

I highly recommend them to anyone whos looking for great prices, along with some of the best customer service Ive ever had. Ive been with them for years and dont ever plan on changing.

1 /5 Christie Quilts: Would give no stars if possible. Spoke with Scott from the Georgetown office who said he would come to my house on Monday to see the property I wanted to insure. He never showed up, never called. Then on Wednesday he shows up out of the blue and his excuse was that he was busy with paying customers and it was only "a couple extra days, why are you bustin my balls". Really, you think its appropriate to speak to potential customers this way? He also informed me that unless I switched my vehicle coverage too it wasnt worth it to him to insure my home. I had asked for quotes on both the house alone and with the vehicles included to see if he could save me money. He couldnt be bothered to give any quote unless I was insuring everything. He was rude, arrogant, and made it quite clear that he had no interest in me as a customer. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
