1 /5 RATHER HONEST THAN IMPRESSIVE: ‼️ Well, These reviews speak volumes‼️ Apparently upper management or owners need to listen but arent! MARIA WAS RUDE and treated my mother who has been a member with Triple A for over 33 years, terribly. Snotty attitude like youre wasting her time. My mother is almost 80 yrs old and had done her notary with Triple A for YEARS, 19, to be exact and had never had an issue. But Maria made sure she had one today. Time to change insurance and not deal with this poor excuse of a location. This one sounds like they need to be shut down too! Were wasting our time here, obviously.

1 /5 jose valencia: Honestly over the phone AAA agents have always been very helpful. But when it comes to walking into a branch it’s a hit or miss. I was a t Fresno branch paying for my cars registration, I didn’t not have the registration with me at the time all I had was the license plate number. They had no issues helping me out at all I didn’t need no extra paperwork paid for everything all we needed to wait for was the 14 dollar registration fee to show paid on the dmv side which I guess takes a few days at time. I’m in Visalia and figured I couldn’t send my mom to pick up the sticker since everything was paid for already. Well the agent at the Visalia branch told my mother that she would need the old registration from the car (even though registration had already been updated and new registration was issued). She couldn’t do anything unless she had the old form or I would personally would have to fill out a new form with the cars info and would need to be signed by me. Again how was the Fresno branch able to do everything that needed to be done without any physical paperwork in front of them. But the Visalia branch can’t. And when I mentioned it to her that the Fresno branch did it all with out the old registration. She accused the Fresno branch of doing shady work and probably weren’t going by the book. But according to her the system won’t allow her to do anything without the old registration, wouldn’t the Fresno branch have the same issue? Been with AAA for 3 years now and the agents at the Visalia branch are really having me considered switching insurances. I

5 /5 docs mom: I had some unusual questions and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I completed DMV auto registration that went smoothly and quickly. I also changed from my current auto carrier to AAA for about half the price I was paying for a little better coverage. I have had AAA in the past and had no problems. Check them out.

1 /5 John Wojtas: Disappointed in AAA customer service. Stop in to talk to a agent give them my name and . Setting waiting more customers were coming in and after the last guy in line of about 10 customers. He wanted to talk to a agent to . So guess who they called in that last guy . I ask what was going on and was told my name was no longer on the list. I have been a loyal customer of AAA for 45 years plus and thats the way they treat a customer.
