senn M This insurance agent has been nothing but useless and I am always having problems with them. I contacted them like 2 months ago to send my my proof of insurance like 5 times. I emailed them called them and left messages and I basically just called right now to cancel them and they finally called me back. Ridiculous. I dnt recommend them all.

Shaila Camacho Great service! Jesse abs his team helped me find the perfect car insurance for myself. They also talked to me about life insurance and help me find the right life insurance for me. I have my children to think about and they made very good points I have not thought of. I have both car and life insurance and I definitely recommend them to everyone. They look out for the customers interest.

Elissa Foote I would not recommend Llamas to anyone looking for quality customer service during the insurance sign-up process. Hugo was extremely rude, condescending, and showed an extreme lack of professionalism. Im not sure if it was because I am a woman or if he was having a bad day, but lve never felt such disrespect from an insurance representative. I called many places searching for quotes and not one came near the terrible experience I had with Hugo. Needless to say I went with another company that did not try to rush me off the phone and listened to my needs. Dont waste your time - there are plenty of other options in the East Bay!

Biz Hou Kelly and her assistant as Escrow officer, And Tom, as Underwriter and Title officer, they are all very knowledgeable, very polite, very patient and work very efficient. I finished 2 transactions with them in last 3 months, I have another one with the now, and will continue work with them... Great work! Great service! Great People! Beyond their professionalism, Kelly Ervin is very knowledge, very patience and always quick responsive with any of my question. The one of biggest my appreciation is her always willing to help!
