1 /5 kyle ross: Used First American many times. About 6 months ago I used them again. They insisted that I buy their own home warranty Called First American Home Warranty. I did and regretted it. 2 valid claims denied. 85.00 x 2 claims. 170.00 out of pocket spent. Dishwasher and refrigerator failures denied. Delay and Deny tactics were used. This company turns home ownership into undue stress to make a buck. AVOID at all costs.

I finished 2 transactions with them in last 3 months, I have another one with the now, and will continue work with them... Great work! Great service! Great People! Beyond their professionalism, Kelly Ervin is very knowledge, very patience and always quick responsive with any of my question. The one of biggest my appreciation is her always willing to help!

The definition of a good escrow officer. a professional that is able to work under high stress, time limits, multi task and have good communications and organizational skills. My closing date was moved 4 times and I never once was given notification of the change. After being told multiple times by the receptionist that theyre swamped, overloaded and short handed. My escrow officer Kelly E. goes on 2 weeks vacation. During this time I am sent to her voice mail on several occasions. NO RETURN CALL of course. Professional way to handle this. Kelly should of called me explained I will be out of the office, I have turned your escrow over to ( give name) they will be in contact with you and the assurance everything will go smoothly. Then recieve call from new escrow officer, I will be handling your closing if you have any questions please dont hesitate to call. The day I signed my settlement papers we (notary, my real estate agent and myself) found multiple mistakes due to lack of DETAILS. This company is unprofessional, lacks pride in there work and uses Covid as a excuse for not doing there job. l Do not give them your hard earned money! Rebecca Wilkins
