Annette Ness I would highly recommend Kelly for all your insurance needs as she saved me $3,200 a year on my home insurance. My home insurance was cancelled due to living in Lemon Cove and another company charged me $4,200 a year and basically said it was the lowest they could find, Kelly worked hard on my behalf and lowered it over 1/2 the amount. jamie redmon Being inundated with Medicare mailings and calls and emails for MONTHS, I was so confused as to what to do! It literally kept me awake at nite, wondering what the right plan was and being on a VERY limited income made it worse. Then David stepped into my world of Medicare , or rather I should say, flew in with a Superman cape on and took all my concerns and addressed each one. He was patient, kind and caring. I have recommended him to everyone who is needing this. Its difficult enough to grow older without being made to be confused about health plans as well. Thank God for Mr. Molano!

Mark Cheong Michelle is the best!! Extremely helpful with excellent customer service. I initially had an issue because the rep I created a policy with (later ended up relocating to another branch) accidentally gave me a 6 month policy rather than the year I wanted. When I called them Michelle totally understood w no fuss and gave me the year policy on the spot over the phone. Sometimes with these insurance companies it’s hard to get great service without your pockets getting a bit lighter but she hooked it up w ease!! Five stars. Boom.

Joe has been nothing short of amazing rising to any challenge. He is realistic, honest, and actually seems to look out for the little guy by listening to our needs. He is very responsive with answers and when he has to go elsewhere for answers, he keeps us updated. I can’t recall a time I was waiting for him and not him waiting for me.
