I honestly can’t compare their services to other agencies because there is no other like them who truly care. They make the process easy by always explaining things, being attentive, making payments, and by also being fast in responding!!! I give them a big 10 for their customer service!!!

5 /5 James Dixon: AMAZING STAFF! I have to start by saying that I am a small business owner and firmly believe in keeping my business and money local. Unfortunately, my local insurance agencies seriously lacked customer service and gave me the run around. Failing to call me back, giving me ridiculously high quotes from a single source. This was my first experience needing to purchase comp and liability and it was very daunting for my wife who was left with this task. Somehow, my wife managed to get thrown into a pool of brokers when she filled something out online and Robyn with C.R. Stelling called her back (along with many others). My wife immediately felt comfortable and knew she was in good hands. Robyn walked her through everything she needed to do. Even offered to help her make payments if she had any trouble. Robyn always responds within 1 business day with any questions or concerns. We will forever be grateful for the exceptional service she has provided to us. When our policy period got close to ending, Robyn spent days searching for lower rates for our business and was successful. C.R. Stelling has my business for life.
