5 /5 Iris Serrano: I received a call from keana regarding the current insurance I had and I was very skeptical at first. She was asking why my deductible was so high and offered me a great rate and was very helpful in all the questions and concerns I had. She convinced me to switch my insurance and even though I was still skeptical, she definitely delivered. She came through with everything she promised and still gave me her personal number in case I had any questions or concerns. I am very grateful to now be saving $ and to have her just a call away when I need anything. She was professional, knowledgeable and offered great service. 10/10

I was in an very stressed state when reaching out to her regarding renewing/finding a new insurance quote and she immediately went to work on helping me find a better quote. I was not at all expecting to have this much ease and she was an excellent communicator. She explained everything very clearly and made me feel extremely confident with the new policy we found. She went out of her way to help me figure out a payment situation that supported my urgent situation. I am so grateful to have her as my insurance agent.
