The Traveler I have been dealing directly with Kyle for over a decade and he is the reason why State Farm has all of my business. Ive been involved in a couple of situations where I needed some extra assistance and Kyle was always there to not only listen to my needs but explain it in a way that I understand and I really appreciate that! I am not taking anything away from the office as a whole and have had others provide exceptional service but when I need immediate help he is at the top of my contact list and if he is too busy to get back to me in a timely manner he will have someone else in the office ensure my needs are taken care of.
