1 /5 Shelley Jovel: They are liars. They told me the orthodontist I was trying to go to was covered by them. It was a lie. I wanted to cancel the expensive dental plan. They told me if I canceled within 30 days they would give me a refund. When I tried to cancel the person I talked to was very mean in her tone of voice. She said yes within 30 days but 15 days befor the monthly renewal date. I pointed out the discrepancy and was asking how can it be within 30 days but 15. She got irritated and ended the conversation. I got the plan thinking it was a good deal but these people are liars. They make u sign a agrement that most dont read knowing this...while verbaly promising what they dont deliver.
