5 /5 Josh Moody: Where to begin... Wayne is by far the best insurance representative Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. I first found out about Wayne from my significant other and she said he was great, I was naturally skeptical(sadly thats just how I am). I took a look at her car policy coverage and rate and I was pleasantly surprised, so I switched as well along with covering our home, gave us great coverage and a great rate, I know sounds like a commercial, but its true. This is where Wayne shines, he recommended getting more liability for a few dollars more because if god forbid you got into accident and bodily harm did occur they could potentially come after your home as well, this thought never entered my mind. We like to go to Mexico a lot, but were worried about coverage. We gave Wayne a call and even though he couldnt help us directly he recommended where to go and what to get saving us time and money, hes just good like that. More recently I hit a new construction median (about a foot and half wide, not even sure why its there in my defense). Long story short, it damaged the bottom of my car including my transmission, car ended up being a total loss. Im middle aged and had never been in an accident, I had no idea what to do or the steps involved, I was completely shook up about it(I literally felt sick). Dealing with this event Wayne was there to help me, again getting my squared away and offering advice, experience and knowledge in his craft will do that. The service, guidance and reassurance he provided can not be overstated. Wayne has gone above and beyond since weve been doing business with him for the past 6 years and were proud to be clients of his.

5 /5 Mason Daniel: Extremely helpful with getting our new car insured asap. All the big insurance companies took our info and said come back in two weeks. Wayne was friendly and a pleasure to work with, and managed to get us insured the same day (although he was honest and mentioned that doesn’t always happen). Comfortable knowing we got a decent deal given the current auto insurance market, and if we ever have any questions would be more than happy to hop on the phone with Wayne again. 10/10 service, thanks a ton!

From the beginning, Wayne has been extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. We have had multiple conversations about the policy and he thoroughly explained everything. He is very patient and understanding and clearing demonstrated his knowledge. A true professional and his customer service skills are amazing. In addition, he took care of everything for us with our escrow company which made the process seamless.
