I am late in sending stuff to her often. She calls and remind me that I need to do it. I have not met a better insurance agent and a better person in my life. Her husband too works with her. She dose the work to get me the best rates and make sure I properly insured. She is very personable yet professional. I always just call Mary for all policy changes and questions. Mary answered the phone and handles business. She may be at lunch when you call, but she has always called me right back quickly. She made it so easy asked me a couple of question, sent me the quote and doc you sign email and it was done. She saved me $800 a year!! Excellent customer service with quick turn around time. Great communication via email and phone. This is very hard to find now a days everything is automated and you talk to a computer. Thank you Eastlake Insurance for taking care of my family.
