Jimmy Sliwicki I just would love people to know in this day and age who ever heard the customer care comes first. I just want to say this Farmers in Alpine looks after you and your best interest. I recently moved out of Alpine to a new state and didn’t realize my insurance was paid by my escrow company. As with all the confusion and closing costs I missed it. But Randy contacted me and by the way am no longer a customer in my new state, that my escrow company paid and I am due a refund check. Hello what a great surprise, he didn’t have to do that because I’m no longer a customer. But these guys are here to really help the people of East County and I highly recommend anyone looking to insure anything they hold of value. Please consider them I will forever be grateful. Ana Warriner Don’t do business with this insurance broker!! We had been with them for over fifteen years, and they never notified us that we were going to be dropped from our homeowners insurance. Mind you, they learn two months prior that you will be dropped from the insurance company. They called back with a quote DOUBLE THE AMOUNT that I was quoted from another broker. The funny part was that it was the same insurance company that now covers us. So it was all lies from this company !! If I could give this company a negative zero, I would!

Elaine Bailey I need to renew my registration. I walked inside and gave my name to the greeter to put me in line to be helped. I was called to the counter within a couple minutes. Received my registration and was given a gift of a AAA license plate cover. Winner, Winner Winner! The visit took a total of maybe 10 minutes and that was at 11:45am.

Setting up my auto insurance was quick and smooth, and they explained everything clearly. I especially appreciate how easy it is to manage my policy online and through the app. Although I didn’t need to file a claim, they were always responsive to my questions and very transparent about coverage and costs. Definitely one of the more reliable and trustworthy insurance providers I’ve worked with. Highly recommend!
